By accessing our website at lemoorefence.com, requesting a quote, or engaging the services of Premier Lemoore Fence, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who interact with Premier Lemoore Fence ("we," "us," or "our").
Premier Lemoore Fence provides residential and commercial fence installation, repair, replacement, and related services in Lemoore, CA and surrounding communities. Our services include but are not limited to wood fence installation, vinyl fence installation, chain link fencing, aluminum fencing, privacy fencing, farm and ranch fencing, automatic gate installation, ornamental iron, security fencing, pool fencing, pet fencing, fence repair, fence staining and sealing, and custom fence design.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including jobs that are outside our service area, beyond our current capacity, or that present safety or legal concerns.
All estimates are provided in writing and are based on the information available at the time of the site visit. An estimate is not a final contract until both parties have signed a written service agreement.
Prices may change if conditions discovered during the project differ materially from what was observed during the estimate visit - for example, if underground obstacles, unexpected soil conditions, or permit requirements add time or materials beyond the original scope. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work and will not charge for unanticipated work without your prior approval.
Verbal estimates are not binding. Only written, signed estimates constitute a commitment on our part.
Once a project start date is confirmed, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. We understand that circumstances change, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable schedule adjustments.
If you cancel a confirmed project after materials have been ordered or work has begun, you may be responsible for the cost of materials purchased specifically for your project that cannot be returned, as well as any labor already performed. We will document these costs and provide an itemized breakdown.
Payment terms will be specified in your written service agreement. In general, a deposit may be required to secure your project date and cover materials. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you at the time of your estimate. Balances not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by California law, whichever is lower.

Premier Lemoore Fence will contact the California 811 dig-safe service to have public underground utilities marked before any digging. However, we are not responsible for damage to private utilities that were not disclosed or marked prior to work commencing.
Some fence projects require a building permit from the local jurisdiction. We will advise you on permit requirements based on your project scope and location. If a permit is required, we will apply for and obtain it on your behalf as part of the project, and the cost of any required permits will be included in your written estimate.
You agree not to request that we begin work before required permits are issued. Unpermitted work can create legal and financial complications for your property.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If a defect in our workmanship becomes apparent within one year of project completion, we will return to assess and correct the issue at no charge, provided the defect is attributable to our installation and not to normal wear, weather conditions, acts of nature, or misuse.
Material warranties - for example, manufacturer warranties on vinyl fence panels - are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the terms of the respective manufacturer. We will provide you with relevant warranty documentation at the time of project completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Lemoore Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or damages to property not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services we provide shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under California law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Kings County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
